We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial environments. This position offers consistent work across multiple sites, a strong support team, and competitive pay with full benefits.
Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including ductwork, air handlers, rooftop units, and controls
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical components
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Ensure systems meet specifications and operate efficiently
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed
- Follow all OSHA and company safety standards
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and clients
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience preferred
- Proficient in installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints
- EPA Certification required
- Must have own basic hand tools and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Must be able to lift 30+ lbs and work on ladders or lifts as needed
