Power Labor USA is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator skilled in operating Dozers, Excavators, and other types of heavy machinery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with site preparation, grading, excavation, and general earth-moving operations in commercial or industrial environments.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment such as Dozers, Excavators, Loaders, and Skid Steers safely and efficiently.
- Perform grading, trenching, backfilling, and excavation according to project specifications.
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Follow directions from supervisors and work closely with site crews to complete projects on time.
- Ensure compliance with all OSHA and company safety standards.
- Always maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience operating heavy equipment (Dozer, Excavator, etc.).
- Knowledge of safe operating procedures and job site safety practices.
- Ability to read site plans and follow grade stakes or survey markings.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
