Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, panels, and equipment in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and electrical plans to determine installation and repair requirements
- Assemble, install, and secure electrical conduit, boxes, panels, and fixtures
- Run and bend conduit (EMT, rigid, flex)
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues safely and efficiently
- Pull, terminate, and label wires and cables
- Install lighting, power distribution panels, and switchgear
- Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits using appropriate testing devices
- Ensure compliance with NEC and local electrical codes
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and installation practices
- Proficiency in conduit bending, wire pulling, terminations, and panel installations
- Experience with lighting systems, distribution systems, and troubleshooting
- Must have own PPE, meters and trade-specific tools
- Reliable personal transportation to commute to and from jobsites
