Power Labor USA is seeking a skilled Construction Carpenter with experience in framing, painting, tile work, and door installation. The ideal candidate will be versatile, reliable, and able to handle a variety of carpentry and finish tasks on commercial and residential job sites.
Responsibilities
- Perform rough and finish carpentry, including framing walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs.
- Install doors, windows, baseboards, trim, and molding with precision.
- Complete tile work, drywall repair, and patching as needed.
- Handle painting, touch-ups, and surface preparation.
- Assist with flooring installation, cabinetry, and fixture setups.
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and work orders.
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to specifications.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Collaborate with other trades and supervisors to complete projects efficiently.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a construction or finish carpenter.
- Strong knowledge of framing, finishing, and general construction techniques.
- Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Basic understanding of blueprints and measurements.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
