We’re seeking a dependable Commercial Carpenter experienced in rough and finish carpentry for commercial construction projects. You’ll work on framing, drywall, doors, hardware, trim, and other installations to ensure high-quality finishes that meet project timelines.
Responsibilities
- Perform rough and finish carpentry on commercial construction sites
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install framing, drywall, doors, trim, and other wood or metal components
- Install fixtures, partitions, and cabinetry according to plans and specifications
- Operate power tools, hand tools, and construction equipment safely
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and building plans
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Collaborate with foremen, superintendents, and other trades to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial carpentry experience preferred
- Proficiency with tools of the trade (saws, drills, levels, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Must have reliable transportation and basic hand tools
- Able to lift 30+ lbs and work on ladders, scaffolding, or elevated areas
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
